OMNISHARE PROPRIETARY RIGHTS NOTICE NO LICENSE GRANTED Effective date: 22 July 2026 Copyright © 2026 André Menhard, Austria. All rights reserved. Permission contact: menhardandre@gmail.com This is a proprietary rights notice, not an open-source or source-available license. 1. Owner and covered materials André Menhard (the "Owner") is the sole human developer and sole claimant and rightsholder of the original OmniShare materials, to the fullest extent recognized by applicable law. The "OmniShare Materials" include the original source and object code, scripts, tests, documentation, user-interface designs, logos, artwork, audiovisual media, specifications, and other original material contained in this repository or delivered as part of OmniShare. Third-party materials are excluded from that definition and remain governed by their own rights and terms. They are identified in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. 2. No license or permission Except for the narrow website-use permission in section 3, no copyright, related-right, database, design, trademark, patent, trade-secret, know-how, or other license or permission is granted. Access to, disclosure of, possession of, or repository access to any OmniShare Material does not transfer ownership and does not create an implied license, permission by estoppel, or permission to act. Without the Owner's prior express written permission, you must not, in whole or in part: - use, run, reproduce, copy, download, modify, translate, adapt, arrange, compile, or create derivative works from the OmniShare Materials; - publish, display, perform, transmit, disclose, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, assign, host, deploy, or otherwise make them available; - use them to provide a product, service, consultancy, hosted offering, or any other commercial or non-commercial activity; - remove, obscure, alter, or misrepresent any ownership, copyright, confidentiality, attribution, or rights notice; - scrape, mine, index, ingest, or use them as training, evaluation, retrieval, or reference data for an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system; or - reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, discover source code from, or investigate non-public implementation details of any distributed component. Commercial exploitation is expressly prohibited. The prohibitions above apply to private as well as public activity and to activity performed for another person or entity. 3. Narrow permission to use the official website A visitor may allow an ordinary web browser to make transient technical copies of, and execute, client-side OmniShare components solely as technically necessary to use features intentionally made available by the Owner through the official OmniShare service at https://omnishare.online/. This permission is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited to that use. It does not permit extraction, reuse, modification, redistribution, competing or derivative services, automated collection, or access to repository or server-side materials. 4. Written permission Any broader permission is valid only if a writing from the Owner clearly identifies the material, permitted acts, recipients, purpose, territory, and duration. Silence, repository access, receipt of an email, failure to object, or technical ability to copy is not consent. The contact address above is an invitation to request permission, not permission by itself. 5. Confidential and proprietary material All non-public OmniShare Materials are designated confidential and proprietary. A person given access must use them only for the specific purpose separately authorized by the Owner, protect them against unauthorized access or disclosure, avoid sharing credentials, promptly report suspected exposure, and cease access and return or securely delete copies when requested. Public delivery of a browser component does not make the repository, server code, development history, or other non-public material public. 6. Names and marks No right is granted to use the OmniShare name, logo, visual identity, trade dress, domain name, or the Owner's name or identity. No use may imply the Owner's sponsorship, approval, authorship of another work, or affiliation. 7. Mandatory legal rights Nothing in this notice excludes a right that applicable law makes impossible to exclude by contract or notice. Any statutory exception must be exercised only within its mandatory scope. No voluntary permission beyond that scope is granted. 8. Enforcement and reservation The Owner reserves every right and remedy available in every relevant jurisdiction, including injunctive relief, preservation of evidence, removal or destruction of infringing copies, reasonable compensation, damages, and an account or surrender of profits where available. A delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. No course of dealing changes this notice. 9. No warranty To the maximum extent permitted by law, the OmniShare Materials are provided without warranties or conditions of any kind. The Owner is not liable to an unauthorized recipient for use, inability to use, or reliance on them. 10. Governing law and severability This notice is governed by Austrian law, without reducing protection or remedies available under the law of another applicable jurisdiction. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining provisions continue in effect. All rights not expressly granted in section 3 are reserved exclusively to André Menhard.
